What this service does
Speedy Pen CCAS Assistant helps users draft self-assessment bullets. It is a commercial writing tool, not a secure government system. It does not provide legal, HR, supervisory, classification, pay, or official government advice.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing every draft and confirming that each statement is accurate, supportable, and authorized for release. You must follow your agency's rules and may only enter information you are authorized to share.
No guaranteed outcome
Speedy Pen does not guarantee an appraisal rating, score, payout, pay increase, award, promotion, or any other employment outcome. Your supervisor and agency remain responsible for reviewing and evaluating your assessment under their applicable rules and processes.
Do not enter sensitive information
Do not enter classified, controlled unclassified information (CUI), export-controlled material, Privacy Act information, medical information, financial-account information, internal system names, or sensitive information about other employees.
Finalization passes
An assessment includes up to two finalization passes: the initial finalized copy and one revision and finalization. After the second finalization, the assessment is read-only and available for download.
