Refund Policy

Six-day refund window

You may request a refund within six days of purchase if you have not meaningfully used the assessment writing service.

What counts as meaningful use

Creating an account, signing in, and reviewing the available work families do not by themselves prevent a refund. Meaningful use begins when you start a contribution or generate an AI-assisted bullet. Once the writing service has been used, the purchase is generally non-refundable because the service and AI processing have already been provided.

How to request a refund

Email support@speedy-pen.comwithin the six-day window from the email address used for purchase. We will review the request against the account's activity record and respond promptly. Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method.
